Welcome to Principal Design Company. We are a trusted Interior Design and Custom Fabrication Studio, based in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah. Founded by husband-and-wife team Hannah and Irving Olague, our company combines a shared passion for design, innovation and the handmade. What began as a dream in high school has grown into a thriving business, reflecting individual expertise and a collaborative vision.

Hannah leads the design side of our studio, specializing in creating spaces that reflect your values and enhance everyday living. Irving, with 15 years of experience, heads our CAD and fabrication team, where he creates bespoke architectural elements and striking metalwork. From custom railings to intricate design features, his work is known for its precision and artistry.
